www.starbucksmug.com ~ Starbucks’ Christmas merchandise for 2011 came out in Japan a few days ago and it looks great! Here’s a video I took of the entire display so far featuring the Barista Bears, mugs tumblers, gingerbread men and espresso shot miniature mugs as well as the famous Christmas Blend coffee. I say “so far” because they continue to release new Christmas themed merch such as the ornaments, etc throughout the weeks building up to Christmas. Stay tuned for more videos and for specific posts about this year’s Starbucks Christmas mugs!

These are daytime and night-time videos of my wife’s, Rita’s, that we made for Christmas, 2011. The village has 28 house, 3 churches, a railroad, and numerous accessories. This all began 35 years ago with a 5 house plastic Alpine village that progressed to a small ceramic village. Gifts and purchases of larger houses over the years ended up with what is shown here built on a 4 ft x 8 ft table with 1 inch foamboard for pinning down accessories. A queen size bedsheet provides a white base for the village and for the plastic “snow”. We hope that you enjoy watching this.
My Christmas tree for 2011… it was up before Thanksgiving, but I didn’t have enough working lights to put on it. Mom got me some GE C-7 ceramic sets for it. My niece, Allie, came over to put ornaments on. We managed to only break two shiny glass balls! Merry Christmas everyone!
Here is Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree from Brenda Lee, one of the modern standards of Christmas in the last five decades, and in all seriousness who could go wrong with it? And furthermore, who can go wrong with the amazing mono mix? Anyway, the decoration this time is the living room Christmas Tree in the background, for this song nothing else seemed appropriate. And the ornament in the center hole zoom-in is an old ceramic ornament made by me when I was in Kindergarten. The same teacher also gave us an apple ornament, but the record is blocking that from sight. Originally released by Decca Records 1958
Okay battery died at the end…but what I was trying to say…Trim A Tree wont work well if your matt is starting to dull…i got so mad…had to cut that dam tree 4x! So anyways, I used several items in these 8 cards. Cartidges: Winter Woodland, Gingerbread, and Trim a Tree.Several punches, left overs , and some extra items I had from having a ceramic shop (the little lights). Man it pays to keep items! My favorite on these are the Frosty Kisses and of course the real light up Christmas Tree card! I’m sure you understand why that one won’t be mailed! I have 3 more to get done before Wednesday, but I was hoping to do a few extras…like 5 more. I have so many things I want to try. But I also have the 3 mini albums to hope to finish by Tuesday evening…at least that’s the hope. Stay tunned…but if you want to see more go to my facebook page…Charming Custom Crafts and hit like so you get auto updates.
